The problem: Inspectors filled paper checklists on site, photographed them, and re-typed everything into Excel back at the office. Reports took days and photos got lost.

What we built: A mobile canvas app with offline support — inspectors complete dynamic checklists, capture geotagged photos, and sign on-screen. On submit, Power Automate generates a branded PDF report, files it in SharePoint, and notifies the site manager in Teams.
